Whenever you report a product issue to Adtec Europe (via e-mail, telephone or directly to your Sales Manager), we will issue a ticket number. Using this ticket number and your e-mail address, you may check the status of your ticket below. Should you wish to report a new product issue, you may do so by contacting us as usual; by phone or e-mail, or you can open a new Ticket below.
