Post-warranty support for Adtec products

London, UK, November 3rd, 2011 - We understand that your business relies on production running smoothly. You already benefitted from our quick response times and on site installation support when your equipment was still within warranty, but after the warranty finishes, we can still help!

Adtec Technical Solutions offer numerous services, all carried out by our highly trained support staff to help you minimise downtimes on your equipment. Does one of your RF Generators require repair at our London facility, or you would like to arrange an on site visit by one of our engineers to do some maintenance? Every one of our engineers has been rigorously trained at our Japanese Head office to ensure that our work follows their guidelines exactly. We only use approved parts and can calibrate your used equipment back to the factory spec. Additionally, any repairs we undertake come with a 6 month warranty.

Our Support Manager, Francois Herbst explains:

"It is very important that equipment is repaired and adjusted according to the original design spec. Unauthorised repair centres cannot offer this level of service and as a result your equipment might not function as expected."
