APX Series Phase Shifters
The AXP Series is a range of master frequency generators (oscillators or phase shifters) that can be use to stabilise and optimise critical synchronous plasma processes. The APX provides system end-to-end carrier frequency synchronization and frequency accuracy.
There are three different frequency bands to choose from: 13.56MHz, 27.12MHz or 40.68MHz. Also, we can offer between 4 to 16 output channels. The phase angle can be set between -180° to 180° in 1° steps. The AXP can be controlled via front panel or RS232 and fits into a standard rack for easy installation.
